Sonuvabitch, that killed me!

The Catcher in the Rye is a story about sixteen-year-old Holden, who for some reason, gets expelled from his school. Again. When I first looked at the book, I was like “goddam, another book to read by force. These covers look so lame, can’t be a good book.” But no no no no, I was so wrooong. This book hit the right spot, it was so good.
The story was very interesting, it felt so realistic. Maybe because there were places like New York and the main character was about same age as I so it was easy to adopt the view, easy to imagine what happend in the world of Holden Caulfield. While reading, it felt like the book could be a piece of someone’s life story.
It’s been a while when I have been so into a book. Even had a few laughs.
Salinger uses very colourful slang and witty dialogue which makes the novel especially for young people.
Must read. Strongly recommended.

Great humor in your text and even made me laugh a little. From you`r opinion the books seems good and makes the reader interested about it. You`ve told mainly your own feeling about the book and reasons for your opinion. Text was also short so I didn`t have to spend too much time reading it ( what you had to do with my post )…
